Return and Cancellation Period
Customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days following the receipt date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging.
Courses can be canceled up to 7 days before the course date without incurring a penalty. Cancellations made 6 days before the course date up to 48 hours before incur a 20% cancellation fee, and cancellations made within 48 hours before the course date incur a 50% cancellation fee. Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part (wrong product, defective, etc.). In such cases, Marmoleo will cover the return shipping costs.
