Estuvimos en un taller privado con Chef Luis en celebración del cumpleaños de mi esposo. Invitamos algunas de sus amistades y familiares. El conocimiento del chef, en el tema de carnes, es excepcional. Nos ofreció datos completamente nuevos y que se pueden aplicar al diario vivir. Recomendamos este taller pues impacta y da un giro a cómo nos alimentamos. Pareciera que los sabemos todo de cocina y no es así. Les va a encantar su estilo.
