In this class, we will explore festive dishes ideal for celebrating Thanksgiving with your loved ones. Our Chef Luis Vazquez will guide you step by step on how to prepare a complete menu that includes:

• Turkey Breast in Special Sauce : You will learn how to prepare a juicy turkey breast with an irresistible sauce, perfect for the occasion.
• Pumpkin Risotto : A creamy and flavorful accompaniment that will complement the turkey perfectly.
• Easy to Prepare Appetizer : Discover how to make a simple but impressive appetizer that will whet your guests' appetite.
• Simple Dessert : We will finish with an easy and delicious dessert that will put the finishing touch to your Thanksgiving dinner.

To be fully prepared for class, ENTER the online course which includes essential shopping lists, pre-class preparation guides, and more.

Use the shopping list to obtain ingredients before the day of class.

We also include a list of essential equipment you will need.

The class will last 1 hour and 30 minutes .

We will start promptly and cover the recipes in this time.

Schedule :

The class will be on Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 5:00pm .

Be sure to check your time zone if you are in a different region.

Each session is password protected. You will receive an email with your session ID and password one day before your class.

Please log in before the start time, as late arrivals may not be admitted.

The cost is per stream, per household. Sharing the access link with people who are not enrolled in the class will not be permitted. There will be a question and answer period. If any questions arise during the class, you will be able to ask briefly and we will clarify your concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for signing up for a Marmoleo Academy Cooking Class or Private Event. This policy outlines what happens if you need to cancel your participation. To receive a full refund, cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of cooking classes and at least 14 days before the scheduled date for private events. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you prefer, you may choose to receive your refund in the form of a Marmoleo Academy gift card.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or in-store credits for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of your class or within 14 days of your private event. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling Customer Service at 787-942-6131 during business hours. We are unable to accept or honor cancellations via email or left on voicemail.

In the event that Marmoleo Academy must cancel a class due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g. power outages, facility issues, etc.), we will attempt to notify you by email or phone as far in advance as possible.

If this occurs, Marmoleo Academy will issue a full refund to the original method of payment or, if you prefer, a Marmoleo Academy gift card. However, if we do not affirmatively cancel a class via email or phone and you are unable to attend, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

Please note that Marmoleo Academy reserves the right to modify class menus at any time due to ingredient availability or seasonality.

Waiver and Authorization for Online Cooking Classes and Publication of

Media

I understand that activating my electronic device's camera during an Online Cooking Class will transmit footage to the chef and class participants.

I consent to and allow the reproduction of any photographs or video recordings taken of me or members of my household during our participation in the Online Cooking Class. I agree to Marmoleo's right to use or reproduce such photographs and video recordings in any media, including online or social media.
